Black and White Art
Only
We work with only black and white artwork. We cannot work with gray tone,
shadow or color. Please convert your design or logo artwork into black and
white before you send it to us.
Artwork Size
We do not edit, change or clean up your artwork. The only change we
make to your artwork is resizing. Please note that resizing may make good
artwork look bad. Reduction in size of a large and complicated design
may cause loss of detail and may make the result unacceptable to you.
It is important that you are satisfied with your artwork. The best way
to verify your artwork is to print your artwork out in black and white
from your computer.
We etch with the artwork you send. The glass etching process etches away
all black areas in your artwork.

Scanned artwork
Please scan your artwork in black and white only. We cannot work with color,
shadow or gray tone.
The minimum resolution recommended is 600 ppi. (Pixel per inch)
You will get better results if you scan at 200% and let us reduce the size
to fit the product
File Format
We can accept your image files in JPG or TIF only.
Please DO NOT use PDF files. PDF files cannot be easily modified.
All artwork requires confirmation by fax or phone. Please be sure to
identify yourself with your name, Company name and return telephone number
